Im not being funny mate BUT what has he done wrong ? The club went behind his back and basically screwed up his contract
Im pretty sure that most people in his position ( not just football related ) would do the same thing that he done and seek compensation.

you cant compare other jobs with that of a foofballer/manager its not the real world hes gonna get a lottery pay out now,he hasnt gone after another job because that would have wrecked his claim he knew he was a dead man walking any way, hed lost a least 60% of the fans and he chose the easy way out and he claimed to have the club in his blood why didnt he just move on and apply for work as you and me would have to nah hes had a lovely holiday and now a wads coming his way, thats not keeping his dignity intact is it,its all about more money like he needs it,

I thought West Ham was in his blood ? Say for example he was in the job of his dreams then where else can he go and be as satisfied as he was at West Ham ? I know personally that if my bosses made me walk, I would go for everything that possible to get, but then again I have got a rubbish job

The question should be, who in the hell sold the players behind his back and if it was for financial reasons why didn't they explain this to him and work something out ?Believe me, being a Spurs fan I know all about Judas players but I obviously dont know enough about what happened with Curbishly.

Paul Ince always will be, there just is no forgiveness
Lumpy, His dad got the shove, realistically he was never going to stay, his mistake has been all the bile and crap that he has spouted in the press since tarring all Hammers fans with the same brush. I dont think he is a Judas just a bitter numpty. His dad is a Legend with us, he knows it will never be the same for him. I have a feeling this gets to him even to this day.
Bellamy, comes across to me as the most deleuded self opinionated twot that has ever been a footballer, if only 5% as good as what he thinks he is, what a player he would have been. The twot came to us because he couldn't get a game with the Micky's. As soon as a big club appeared he was always going to bail out and anyone who thought otherwise is as deleuded as him. Rejoice we got a reported 14 million for the twot, never in my dreams did I think that would happen. We mugged Man City.
Reojoker, nothing more than a player with potential Billy Big Boots at the end of the day he had to go for his and the clubs sake. I dont see him as a Judas, just a fool.
Curbishley, A horrible useless manager yes, Judas no. Just my thoughts but I wondered if the club had dleiberately forced him out in an attempt to avoid paying him off (just a thought not an accusation) Took the club to task and in the eyes of the hearing he was right. He is history and I am happy for him to remain so.

Calling him a judas is a bit to far. Regardless what job you do if you are supposed to be in charge andyour bosses start doing things behind your back you are are in a very awkward position. I don't think there is any coming back from that and like Nially I think the club tried to get rid of him on the cheap. So you can't blame the bloke for gong after what he intitled too. I will add I was glad to see him go I was never a fan of his but fairs fair.
